Integration. Mushroom picking.
Our new project INTEGRATION. MUSHROOM PICKING. is qualified for the final round of the TESCO program „We help, you decide” (#decydujeszpomagamy). Mushroom picking integration trips to Lubliniec forests along with dance and theatre workshops at the seat of „Śląsk” Song and Dance Ensemble in Koszęcin will be organized in August and September 2017.
In order to receive funding for our activities, we need your help! You can vote between 8 March and 4 April 2017 at the following TESCO locations: Chorzów Batorego 21, Chorzów Graniczna 3, Siemianowice Śląskie Niepodległości 21.
Silesia. For a better stay
Graceland is recruiting international volunteers for the SILESIA. FOR A BETTER STAY program. The program aims at collecting information on the expectations and needs of foreign nationals living in several cities of the Silesian metropolis, related to the cultural and educational offer of the region and integration activities with local communities.

Meanwhile
New volunteers have joined our team, with new ideas for integration activities towards local communities. Most of them need, however, some funding. That’s why during the past few weeks we have been working hard on completing fundraising application forms to different organizations. We do believe our efforts will pay off soon. Keep your fingers crossed for us!
New premises
We have also acquired new premises in the city center, easily accessible also by public transportation. We renovate it for the purpose of our new project idea „International skills exchange”, but we can use it also for organizing other meetings and workshops. There is still a lot to do, but we believe we will be able to launch our program in spring.
